Sintra
Portugal
Sintra was a royal palace for Portuguese kings and
the city is a World Heritage Site.  I found huge white
chimneys from the palace kitchen to be distinctive.
The pair of large chimneys were more impressive than
anything in the palace.  So I became a chimney photographer.
This was an outstanding chimney still.
Sintra offered many other views of
unusual Portuguese architecture.
