Banff National Park, Canada
Banff competes to be the main tourist center of the
Canadian National Parks I visited.  Banff presents scenic
views of the Bow River, which runs through the center of
town, including waterfalls downstream from here.
After photographing the falls, I was lucky enough to spot
a pair of male Mule Deer residing in Banff.  Antlers were
a magnet for me to take both stills and video, as the deer
grazed next to the Bow River.
The deer were busy eating and seemed oblivious to the
crowd of photographers they attracted.
Getting close to male Mule Deer is not risky behavior, at
least in Banff.  I've been out of antler season in other
places with deer, moose, and elk.  Made up for it this time.
