The Jostedalsbreen Glacier
Norway
This is merely an arm of Europe's largest glacier, but still
was the first glacier I had ever seen in Europe.
Jostedalsbreen can easily fill any frame.  The true size of this
mighty glacier is hard to imagine.
When photographed super close-up, glaciers look as if they
were carved into ice sculptures.  It was the same in Alaska.
